The metal-coated gasket is made of asbestos paper, expanded graphite, ceramic fiber, tetrafluoroethylene, etc. as the filler, and is made of metal sheets of various materials such as stainless steel, tinplate, and copper. It is widely used in water vapor, coal gas, petroleum gas, and solvents. Pipe flanges for steam, pressure vessels, sealing covers for heat exchangers, and cylinder heads for internal combustion engines and compressors. The gasket can be manufactured with a diameter of 15mm to 5000mm and a thickness of 2mm to 8mm. See the attached drawings for various types. The applicable medium, pressure and temperature of the gasket vary with the material used.
