The radially reinforced pre-stressed gasket YYLG is a patented new product of Hengli Sealing. It has an innovative sealing body material and structure. The inner and outer sides of the sealing element are multi-turn special-shaped reinforced alloy belts. The special-shaped reinforced alloy belt plays a role in the sealing body. Protection and radial reinforcement. The main body of the seal is made of high-elasticity, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant special flexible graphite tape wound and molded.

• Significant features of radially reinforced pre-stressed gasket (YYLG):

 

YYLG can obtain better elastic deformation with a lower pre-tightening stress: t4.5mmYYLG can obtain an elastic deformation of 0.3mm under the condition of 35Mpa locking loading stress, which means easier installation and also shows that YYLG has enough additions Preload compression margin, so YYLG has a longer service life.

The elastic deformation capacity of YYLG is better than that of metal corrugated gaskets and metal spiral wound gaskets: Under the same test conditions, the elastic deformation rate (compression rate * resilience rate) of YYLG is much higher than that of flexible graphite metal spiral wound gaskets specified in GB4622.3 The elastic deformation rate (3.06% at 70Mpa is qualified) and the elastic deformation rate of flexible graphite metal corrugated gaskets specified in GB19066.3 (3.75% at 45Mpa is qualified). Excellent elastic deformation ability ensures excellent sealing performance when working conditions change.

YYLG has better sealing performance than flexible graphite metal spiral wound gasket and flexible graphite metal corrugated composite gasket.

The YYLG sealing body is a flexible body, which can better adapt to the flange sealing surface conditions and flange locking conditions, and the installation conditions are adaptable.

The main body of the YYLG seal is a molded and flexible whole, and the gasket will not collapse and the surface non-metallic composite layer will fall off.

YYLG seal body has several elastic alloy belts on the inner diameter side and outer diameter side respectively, which protect the special flexible graphite sealing belt with high elasticity, high temperature and corrosion resistance, and ensure the sealing safety when the medium pressure increases sharply and the medium is under high pressure.

 

 

• Scope of application:

 

Where the outer diameter of the gasket is 800mm, such as pipeline flanges and equipment flanges within 24' of the American standard or DN 600 of the European standard.

Applicable temperature -200°C ~ 650°C (oxidizing medium occasion ≤450°C); applicable pressure ≤25Mpa.

Applicable medium: related to the selected metal material.

It still has excellent sealing performance in the occasions of temperature and pressure cycling, equipment or pipeline vibration and shaking.

The ammonia leakage rate detection meets the requirements of EN 14772. When the gasket test stress is 20Mpa, it is <2.0*10⁻⁷ cm³/s, and when the gasket maximum test stress is 100Mpa, it is 1.3*10⁻⁷ cm³/s.
