High temperature resistant metal spiral wound gasket HLSW hot series
The protective material used in the HLSW hot series is Canadian DURLON HT1000 high temperature oxidation resistant fiber tape. DURLON HT1000 has good flexibility, elasticity and tensile strength, and strong oxidation resistance. The thermal weight loss at 800°C is less than 4% (DIN 52911), and the performance is stable at 1000°C, with fire and flame retardancy (passed API 607 fire test).
HLSW hot series main body sealing tape adopts German SGL APXII or French Capone Roland I600 special anti-oxidation flexible graphite.
DURLON HT1000 high temperature oxidation resistant fiber tape is wound on the inner diameter side and outer diameter side of the sealing element, respectively, to protect the special oxidation-resistant flexible graphite wound around the middle area of the sealing element.
The alloy strip is generally Ni-Cr-Fe alloy (Inconel 600) or Ni-Fe-Cr alloy (Incoloy 800), and customer-specified materials can also be used. The material used for the inner ring and the positioning ring is the same as that of the alloy belt. The outer positioning ring can also be made of other materials according to the actual situation of the customer according to the requirements of the customer.

The maximum operating temperature can reach 600°C.
