HLP240 HLP241 Acrylic Packing Acrylic fiber and silicone core packing
It is made of polypropylene wax fiber as raw material, reinforced, woven, and impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene. With high strength, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and other properties, it is an ideal substitute for asbestos packing. It is suitable for pumps, valves and kettles with higher linear velocity and higher pressure as packing seals. <br> 241’s materials, processes, and application fields are equivalent to 240. It is supplemented with silicone rubber in the center part, and the compression compensation performance of the product is better.
This packing is woven with white asbestos fiber bundles, impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion (lubricant can be added on request). This is a softer packing, which is often used to seal various chemical pumps. If used in reciprocating pumps and higher linear speeds (within 10m/s), it is recommended to use asbestos PTFE packing with lubricant penetration.
Ramie packing is woven with long ramie fibers impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene, with a lubricant in the middle. As hemp will become softer in seawater and the fibers will expand, so this kind of packing is particularly suitable for use on valves and pumps of seawater media.
HLP260 Carbonized fiber packing
This kind of packing is made by first carbonizing polyacrylonitrile fibers into carbonized fibers, and then dipping the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion containing graphite particles to weave into packing. This kind of packing can be used in strong acid or weak base media and dynamic sealing parts with a small amount of solid particles.
Carbon fiber graphite packing is made of high-strength, high-modulus continuous carbon fiber filaments, which are softened and then woven. This packing is infiltrated with a mixture of graphite micropowder and polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and a lubricant is added. It not only has excellent chemical stability and thermal conductivity, but also has high strength. It is especially suitable for the sealing of various rotary pumps and reciprocating pumps that are chemically corrosive and contain granular media.
PTFE packing is a kind of braided packing made of PTFE thread. Do not impregnate any PTFE emulsion and grease. It is recommended to be used in IC-related production lines, fine chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals and other operations where contamination is not allowed. It can be used to seal all chemical media except molten alkali metals.
